On November 25, 2014 3 year old Brielle Gage died while in her mother's custody. On December 5, 2014 her death was ruled a homicide. On January 2, 2015 Brielle's mother was arrested on a charge of Second Degree murder.
Brielle Gage died on November 25, 2014 after she was hospitalized with serious injuries. She was taken from a home at 14 Oak St., an address that police had visited before.
The New Hampshire state medical examiner said Brielle died of blunt-force trauma.
In May of 2014 both Marin and her boy friend were suspected of abusing two young boys. In that case, police said Katlyn Marin, 25, and her boyfriend, Michael Rivera, 30, of Hudson, beat two boys with a belt. Rivera was also accused of forcing an 8-year-old to kneel for an extended period of time, causing bruising to the child's legs and knees.
But Lorraine Bartlett say’s DCYF had no evidence of abuse? The prosecuter in my son’s case twisted facts and made a case where there was none! It was my child’s father who’s actions 0n August 10 2008 that prompted the call to the intake line.
But the state couldn’t make a case against this mother and boyfriend for abuse?? Something is VERY WRONG!
According to court paperwork, the state plans to drop Marin's charges in the case of the boy’s. The children were put in foster care, and Rivera was told to stay away from the house.
This child Grandmother warned DCYF not to return her Grand Baby, and of course they didn't listen.
Wmur TV reported…….
“Because of confidentiality rules, the Department of Children, Youth and Families can't say if there are any children currently living in the house. The acting director said that in situations such as this one, the department gets involved.”
“The director said the highest priority is the safety and protection of the children, and given the egregious nature of the situation, it's likely that any children would be put in a safe home.”
That’s a bunch of crazy Ms. Bartlett, you wait until NOW you have an “egregious situation? Well that’s not helping little Breille Gage is it?
Be Careful NH Families don’t let DCYF double talk their way out of this. They make cases out of FLUFF, smoke and mirrors all the time, but when they are faced with REAL abuse they drop the ball!

The Video that shows the heart wrenching damage that paid so called experts like Dr. Benjamin Garber from New Hampshire can do by testifying making self serving statements for whom ever is paying them is causing quite the buzz!
The video is posted twice on our site and it has well over 2000 hits on one channel and over 700 on the other!
This is more than any other video and we are getting phone calls and emails with reports of horrific experiences with Dr. Garber.
Justice4Johnny cannot give legal advice but we can advice you all to seek legal advice if you feel you have been wronged.
Please keep journals of all of your experiences with people like this man and case workers, Gal's and alike .
Justice4Johnny is teaming up with other non-profit's who work for NH's families to change law's of accountability of these people from criminal accountability to civil accountability as well.
Hang in there ! J4J is not giving up I promise you that!

Well isn't it funny that CPS and DCYF case workers are in the nightly main news stream for the past few weeks now that Will Smith and his wife are under investigation from Child Protective Services.
I have to say that even the claims are ridiculous, even if they were true it wouldn't be neglect or abuse!!
But meanwhile, they are leaving children to die in the homes of murderers who are cooking there children in ovens and microwaves after family members and neighbors are calling for help and CPS and DCYF are calling the cases unfounded!
AND it is so TYPICAL for DCYF to compound a problem when they see they are wrong instead of swallowing their pride and working with the good parent or a better situation they keep digging their heels in firmer in the ground making statements like , We stand by our original decision.
Well I Janet Heywood-Esburnett right here and now put out a challenge to New Hampshire's Maggie Bishop to be one of the first State leaders to be moraly responsible and admit fault when there is accountability to be had for the sake of NH's children.
Work with NH"s parents to make wrongs that have been done and make them right!
Stand up and fight for the kids you are sworn to protect, are you able to do that Ms. Bishop? I pray so.

POSTED BY- JANET HEYWOOD-ESBURNETT....
May is Foster Care Awareness month and DCYF is of course focusing on what they want to sell to the public. They are claiming that 800 children will be " IN NEED" of a Foster Home" this year due to parental neglect and or abuse. Well that is just HOG WASH!
The fact is that is there weren't so many witch hunts and case workers with control issues who are absolutely dead set that they are going to take away a parents child just because they don't like the parent there would probably not even be half that amount.
The fact is that NH DCYF case workers do not use foster care as a last resort and in most cases they use it as a first resort! They do not offer services when they are supposed to.
AND the fact is that more often then not there is a family member like Dorothy knightly more than willing to take their family member so that they do not have to go into the foster care system, BUT...the control crazed case workers refuse to put the children with the family members just because they have a personal dislike for them.
meanwhile millions of dollars are wasted not mention the real issue that thousands of children's lives are ruined because of this issue.
DCYF needs to stop covering up the real issues. Yes I believe there are some honest and good people at DCYF but there are many more dishonest, control crazed people that need to go. It is them that not only are hurting NH's children but also give NH's DCYF case workers who are honest and trying to do a good job a bad name.
So the honest people who have any power need to step up and speak up or nothing will change for these kids. There will still be kids being taken from good homes for no reason and abused kids being left to die.

Olga Roche The chief of DCF in Massechusettes has resigned under pressure from top lawmakers calling for her resignation. Roche, is responsible for not just Jeremiah Olivers death on her watch but two other children, and that's just the ones that have been reported and that we are aware of..
Roche will be replaced by Erin Deveney an attorney and Former chief of staff of Motor Vehicles in the State. I am already concerned with Ms. Deveney's attitude as to what happened in these terrible cases .
Never have a heard in NH , Massachusetts or any other state that I know of that WE do not need more case workers, WE NEED BETTER ONES!
I am appalled that yet again the agency is using a tragic death of a child at their hands I might add , to ask the state for more money to add to the already huge budget that Mass. DCF and DCYF in NH uses to break up good families and also to leave children in the homes of abusive parents.
If so called case workers would stop going on " Witch Hunts" and start doing their Jobs in other cases they wouldn't have any where near as many cases.
Lets hope that Massachusetts is focusing on the families of these poor children who have died in DCF and NH DCYF's care and getting them the help they need.
The State of Massachusetts has said that Roche will stay on for another few weeks through the transition.

Sherill Small, 54, was arrested in August and the Milam County Grand Jury later indicted her for capital murder in the death of Alexandria Hill, 2, who died earlier that month at Scott & White's McLane Children's Hospital after she was taken off life support.
Doctors found that the toddler had “subdural hemorrhaging, subarachnoid hemorrhaging, and retinal hemorrhaging in both eyes,” an arrest warrant affidavit said.
Small, “became frustrated with Alexandria, picked her up, and in a downward motion with a lot of force came down toward the ground with her.”
“She did this twice and on the third time she lost her grip and the victim was thrown to the ground head first,” the affidavit said.
A home study in December of 2012, was conducted to assess whether Small and husband were suitable to be licensed foster parents. Both Sherill Small and Clemon Small admitted to past struggles, the study shows.
Clemon Small admitted that he was a recovering crack-cocaine addict, “and shared struggles with drug addiction, starting in 1980.” He later admitted in the report that, “he and a former wife were both heavy crack-cocaine risers, eventually leading to their divorce.”
Clemon Small was arrested four times since 1988, once on a delivery of marijuana charge in 1988, and three different times for driving with a suspended license in 1999, 2000, and 2001.However, the Texas Department of Family and Protective services stated that the criminal history didn’t disqualify him from becoming a foster parent because his convictions were more than 10 years old.
Sherill Small admitted that she was placed into foster care at the age of 2, the report says.
In the report, Sherill Small admitted that, “her father was a heavy drinker, and when drinking was verbally abusive towards his mother.” Small later said in the report that the most traumatic memory of her childhood “was when one of her foster homes made her sit out in the dark, on the front porch, in the middle of winter in Missouri.”
Still it was later found in the report that, “Mr. and Mrs. Small appear genuine in their motivation for providing foster care in their home.” And they were both approved.
Approximately 28,000 Texas children are under state care and living in settings such as non-relative foster homes, residential treatment facilities or emergency shelters. Of those, only approximately 11,200 are in kinship placements. Who are supposed to be the VERY first priority in placing a child in foster care, Not with strangers!
NH DCYF is GUILTY of this same offence, NH has lost to many children at the hands of Foster Parents, poor investigating by case workers and over all deception on the part of the state agency
Murders in texas Foster care are up 400% 8 children have been killed in foster care in the state so far in 2013.
It needs to come to an end, not just in NH but in our country as a whole.

This is just one more reason for NH DCYF NOT to do their Jobs and the honest work it takes to put NH famlies back together. Now most of us know that in many cases . the children never should have been ripped from their homes in the first place!
But after the state commits such a horrid act the least NH DCYF can do is to make sure everything possible is done to reunite the family. Proposals such as this only give more incentive for the children to be taken from their parents for permanently and the NH goverment will pay for it!!
Please call or email your congress men and women to tell them you are against this act passing into law.
On October 22,2013 the bill was voted on and passed without amendment.
On October 28 the bill was recieved in the Senate and read twice. It was then referred to the committee of finance.
If we want this situation with the NH Family Courts and DCYF in NH District Courts to change then when ever something like this comes up we MUST get involved and make our voices heard! We cannot be satisified to just watch when there really is something we can do about it through our Lawmakers and letting them know there is a problem.

Justice4Johnny is please to announce that NH's needy are no longer denied assistance to be represented in Neglect and Abuse cases.
By writing letters and making phone calls ,Justice4Johnny represented our views that New Hampshires law makers making the decision to take away the funding for the needy in Abuse and Neglect cases was very unfair.
As of July 1,2013 the funding has been returned. We are not suggesting that this decision was made soley because of our efforts, but we are very pleased that through combined efforts this law has been changed. J4J was present at the legislator for these votes and will be present when ever possible at votes concerning Child and family issues.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call our office at 603-889-7600.
